No Skype, Angry Birds and PES 2012 for Nokia Lumia 610
Lumia range of Nokia got a good reputation but it looks that uncertainty of their first Tango, Nokia Lumia 610 could lose its brightness. Every upcoming moment is uncertain for Nokia Lumia 610. Its controversial processor of 800MHz and its RAM of 256MB is still a question mark and now the Skype issue is in front of us. No Skype for this device is announced by Nokia itself.
Microsoft gave us the assurance for it to be capable to run more than 95% applications which are currently available in the market. According to them most of application will be compatible with this device. It is not stated though that how much quality applications could be installed in it.
In the hands on videos of Lumia 610 we can see that the installed applications in this OS 7.5 Windows phone suffer while running. Few applications are even incompatible for now by the hardware requirements for example Angry Birds, Tango and PES 2012.
Nokia tried to supply a low price Windows phone which is a good offer for the Windows phone users so they shipped Nokia Lumia 610 but what the company will do to compensate the effected reputation of its first generation Windows phones is a question mark. Some of these devices are easy to find in the mobile mega malls at the cost of 229 Euros and there is no restriction for them.
Further we tell you that Xbox Live is a basic part of Windows phones and the Microsoft is planning to cut the Feathers of that upcoming Xbox 360 at its beginning. The hardware requirements could harm the game.
The interest of the companies will tell us the rest of the story that whether they going to get this entry level Windows phones or not. It is low price phone though but its future is in the hand of operators and users. Will the Nokia Lumia 610 hit the market or not? We have to wait and watch for it.
